
Andrea Maiweg
Andrea is a senior HR professional with over fifteen years of experience focusing on diversity management and organizational design and development.
As a Vice President for Global Diversity Germany at Deutsche Bank AG, Andrea led the following diversity programs and activities, specializing on ‘demographic change’:
- Development of the strategy for ‚age/generational diversity’ for the German market
- Design and implementation of a globally applicable talent and development grid
- Development of a cross-divisional diversity training
- Advisory service and facilitation around the implementation of a holistic D&I approach within business units
- Design and implementation of competency models within a division to make the definition of career paths clearer
Prior to Deutsche Bank, Andrea was a Senior Consultant at Hay Group for ten years. She focused on organizational and human resource development for international companies, i.e.:
- Company, culture and organization analyses
- Design and implementation of performance management systems
- Design of career development models (e.g. competency model, job family model)
Andrea is a German national, born and raised in Caracas / Venezuela. She studied law in Heidelberg/Germany and Barcelona/Spain, (LL.M). Andrea is a native speaker in German and Spanish and fluent in English and French.
